I have a ton of different pans for baking, so I don't need more of those. I'd like new mixing bowls that have some kind of pouring ability, but I can get those anywhere.<br /><br />As I was poking around, I came across <a href="http://www.williams-sonoma.com/products/cw444/?pkey=x|4|1||4|ebelskivers||0&cm_src=SCH">this pan</a>. I wasn't sold on it until I started poking around some more. Google is my hero and <a href="http://lmgtfy.com/?q=ebelskiver">this is what I found</a>. They just look DELICIOUS. It has everything I love about a cookbook: Detailed instructions, big pictures, and deliciousness. Hundreds of pages of deliciousness. <br /><br />I bought another <a href="http://www.amazon.com/Complete-Baking-Cookbook-Recipes-Cookies/dp/0778801659/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1261966661&sr=8-1">baking cookbook</a> a while ago, <i>The Complete Baking Cookbook</i>. This is the book that got me started on my baking binge. Also, hundreds of pages of deliciousness.<br /><br />So now, what to do with all of this? Well, I've decided that once a week for a year, I'm going to make something new. And then I'm going to blog about it, because well, that's what I do. And yes, I am blatantly ripping off Julie & Julia. <br /><br />I made strawberry shortcake on Friday, from The Big Book of Baking, and it was...unbelievably delicious. However, I failed to take pictures, so it's like it never happened.
